Oh how crazy wedding planning can be!
Thankfully I have had lots of help from my family, friends, and my wonderful fiance....even though he is two states away, he has been a HUGE help! The Bridal Showers...
My bridal showers were way fun! I had one with my friends in Utah, one with family, and one with friends from church. It was so great to catch up with everyone, have super good food, and get lots of fun gifts!

A huge thank you to my roommates, Lyn and Mike Schuffert, Auntie Nani, Auntie Cyndi, Dre, Belinda and Briana Oborn, Sue McKeon, and Teena Lafferty for throwing me such fun showers! The invitations...
Brandon designed them, Chris and Steve colored and cut ALL the paper, and my fam helped me put them together...Cute little Danika stayed up with me until 5 o'clock one morning, we made over 300 invitations that night! And my dad took the invitations to the next level when he went to the post office and bought us matching love stamps!
The Dress...
I had my dress made at Chantilly Bridal. They were wonderful, so patient, fun to work with, and turned my little sketch into a beautiful dress!
It turned out exactly the way I had imagined...but you'll just have to wait and see.
The Details...
When you're planning a wedding it really helps to be decisive...unfortunately for my mom, Brandon, and everyone else involved...I'm not.
I don't really know how many times I went back and forth with the catering menu.
Next was the dessert menu...that was a piece of cake. It didn't take me long at all to choose a menu full of sweets.
The flowers took some time to get figured out but it was way fun.
Choosing the reception site was super easy...ever since I was a little girl I've wanted to have my reception at the Williams house. Although the decision was easy for me...the Williams...especially Cameron... put a ton of hard work into making their home perfect for our wedding.
After getting the major things sorted out...it was time to focus on the little details...
Man oh man there are so many "little" details...the guest list, the bridal party, the utensils, the tablecloths, the favors, the ribbon, the tables and chairs, the music...

As much fun as the wedding plans have been...I'm kind of glad it only happens once :-)
Through all the stress and nitpicking,
my sweetheart reminded me what is truly important...
I am so grateful for Brandon and the amazing example he is in my life. He has been such a strength to me and I am so blessed that he is able to take me to the temple. I don't know what I would do without him!

HI!!!! I loved your reception - it was beautiful, and so were you! I hope it was a magnificent day! So isn't it weird that we are both the Williams Family? When I bookmarked your blog it said "The Williams" and I thought that was so bizarre - I didn't know what it was doing at first! Duh. I love you and can't wait to see more pics from the temple. Happy Honeymoon!
